You can book directly from our website. Reservation is through Acuity Scheduling. Our Providers will call you to confirm your appointment as well as a viable address prior to arriving. We are currently only servicing Washington, DC area. If you scheduled appointment outside of the Washington, DC area, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
Group reservation can be made directly on our website. The person making the reservation will be charged the full cost of Intravenous (IV) Infusion therapy. If you are planning an event (bachelor or bachelorette party, bridal shower, a race, or any type of group event), and you want to coordinate with us to come out, please email us at info@HydrateMeNow.com, we are able to create a package to meet your need.
You have the option to choose an add-on at the time of your reservation or after we have evaluated you prior to or during your Intravenous (IV) infusion therapy.
Your must give us a 24 hours noticed prior to cancelling your appointment through email at info@HydrateMeNow.com; or through the confirmation email you received confirming your reservation. If you failed to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will forfeit the cost of the Intravenous (IV) Infusion therapy.
We no longer charge concierge service fee if you are within our coverage area. If you are outside of our coverage area, we may charge appropriate concierge service fee to cover the cost of travel.
If any problems should occur after your treatment, inform Nneka Okoye, CNP, FNP-C or Ibironke Hernandez, CNP, FNP-BC or their representative immediately after a reaction has occurred or within 24 hours of any side effects. If immediate care is needed, a provider will evaluate the patient and necessary treatment will be provided.
