b-complex

A powerful combination of essential B vitamins (B1- thiamine, B2- riboflavin, B3- niacinamide, B5- pantothenic acid, B6- pyridoxine) these vitamins boost energy and enhance the immune and nervous system, as well as decrease stress and anxiety. These vitamins also play an important role in keeping our bodies running like well-oiled machines. These essential nutrients help convert our food into fuel, allowing us to stay energized.

Vitamin B12

Also known as Cobalamin, vitamin B12 is a total team player. Vitamin B12 works with other B vitamins to produce red blood cells and help iron do its job. Since vitamin B12 is only found in animal products, studies show higher rates of deficiency in non-meat eaters.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C also known as Ascorbic Acid, provides protection against immune system deficiencies. It plays a role in oxidation/reduction reactions by eliminating toxic "free radicals" from the body.

Tri amino

Increase muscle mass* Energize your body* Enhance performance *Decrease muscle fatigue* Athletic recovery. Studies show that a combination of L-arginine, L- citruline and L-ornithine has been shown to increase exercise performance. L-arginine facilitates vascular function. It stimulates insulin, glucagon, catecholamines and growth hormone secretion leading to anabolic and anti-catabolic effects on skeletal muscle. Both L arginine and L -ornithine decrease muscle fatigue during exercise by reducing exercise induced accumulation of lactate and ammonia which allows the muscle to perform for longer periods.

l-taurine

An organic acid which acts as a lipid/membrane stabilizer in the body and can aid various antioxidant defense systems. Used to improve mental performance and as an antioxidant, it protects cells of the body from damage that results from chemical reactions in the body that produce oxygen free radicals that are damaging to tissue.

Glutathione

Raised levels of glutathione decrease muscle damage, reduce recovery time, increase strength and endurance and shift metabolism from fat production to muscle development. Glutathione is also the most critical and integral part of your detoxification system because it recycles antioxidants, slows the aging process, detoxifies the liver and cells, improves mental focus and clarity, reduces muscle and joint discomfort after physical activity and gives your skin a glow. It acts as a major detoxifier through a process called “conjugation” that gets all the bad stuff in your liver quickly escorted out (through urine and feces). We naturally have glutathione. We produce it in the liver and lungs. However, its production slows down as we age. Meaning more free radicals, more risk for disease.

Glycine

Glycine is an amino acid, a building block for protein. It is used to protect the kidneys from the harmful side effects of certain drugs as well as the liver from harmful effects of alcohol.  Glycine is also involved in the transmission of chemical signals in the brains, so there is interest in using it to improve memory.

Magnesium

Adequate magnesium levels help maintain normal muscle tissue, regulates heart rhythms, support immune function, and keeps nerves functioning properly. It Helps regulate energy metabolism, maintains blood sugar, and regulates calcium levels.

Lactated Ringer

Contains Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Chloride and Sodium Lactate which produces a metabolic alkalinizing effect, combating the effects of lactic acidosis from extreme exertion.

Pepcid

It is an anti-histamine to settle and soothe the stomach.

Toradol

Toradol is non-opioid, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is indicated for the short-term management of moderately to severe acute pain.

Zofran

It is a fast acting, powerful anti-nausea medication.
